Unlike a traditional academic conference, where attendees primarily listen to panels without much interaction, this gathering is designed for deep connection and shared learning. Instead of selecting individual sessions, you will be part of an intimate learning community (cohort) where Elders will rotate among groups, guiding meaningful conversations and exchanges.

You’ll have the opportunity to choose a learning community that aligns with your interests, whether a mixed cohort, affinity group, or a career-specific cohort. These small groups create space for relationship-building, trust, and mutual learning. In addition to your learning community, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with participants from other cohorts during plenaries and integration sessions.

Important: To fully engage in this immersive experience, we ask that you be present as much as possible.
