Cohort Model
Unlike a traditional academic conference, where attendees mostly listen to panels with a defined speaker-audience relationship, this gathering is designed for connection and learning. Instead of selecting panels, you will be part of an intimate learning community (cohort) where Elders and Bridgers will rotate among groups, guiding meaningful conversations and exchanges.
You’ll have the opportunity to choose a learning community that aligns with your interests, whether a mixed cohort, affinity group, or career-specific cohort. These small groups create space for relationship-building, trust, and mutual learning. In addition to your learning community, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with participants from other cohorts during plenaries, integration sessions, open conference sessions, and lunches.
